What I do
I lead the execution side of BusinessPulse engagements. While the diagnostic uncovers the real problems, my job is to make sure the recommendations actually get built — that strategy turns into working systems, dashboards, and processes your team can run.
Background
I joined BizzBee Solutions as COO and now lead the company as CEO. Over years of B2B consulting work, I've focused on the unglamorous but decisive work: mapping how a business actually operates day-to-day, finding where revenue leaks or stalls, and rebuilding the workflows so the founder isn't the bottleneck.
