Who we are
BusinessPulse OS is operated by BizzBee Solutions ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@businesspulseos.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete a self-assessment or deep dive, submit a contact or diagnostic application, or otherwise write to us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, company, country, company size, industry, and your answers and messages.
- Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies (see below) to collect usage data such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, device and browser information, and referral source.
Cookies & tracking
Analytics and advertising tools load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Until then, nothing is set. We use:
- Google Analytics 4 — to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Meta Pixel (and the Meta Conversions API) — to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies/local storage in your browser, which brings the banner back so you can choose again.
How we use your data
- To deliver your assessment results and respond to your enquiries.
- To contact you about a diagnostic or the services you asked about.
- To send you emails you have opted into, and to let you unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure, operate, and improve the website and our advertising.
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Consent — for analytics and advertising cookies, and for marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract — to respond to your enquiry or diagnostic application and to run and secure the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, acting on our instructions:
- Brevo — email delivery, newsletter, and CRM.
- Google (Analytics) — website analytics.
- Meta — advertising measurement and audiences.
- Formspree — delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Supabase — secure storage of assessment submissions.
- Vercel — website hosting.
Some providers are based outside your country; where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — to answer you, to run the assessment and nurture process, and to meet legal obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable law you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email contact@businesspulseos.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
