ABOUT

Four roads. One Operating System.

BusinessPulse OS didn't start as a product. It started as four separate journeys that kept pointing to the same conclusion: SMEs deserve better tools than what exists.

How we got here.

Business Pulse — The Diagnostic

Born from doing diagnostics. Refined by needing one ourselves.

It started through a donor-funded programme delivering business diagnostics to SMEs. Several engagements across different industries revealed the same thing: existing frameworks (department-by-department checklists, generic templates) kept missing the real connections between problems. Then we turned the lens on ourselves and felt every weakness firsthand. So we rebuilt the methodology from scratch. Problem-led. Cross-departmental. Focused on what the founder actually needs answered.

Business Build — The Structure

A decade of building companies from the inside.

Management consulting is the foundation. Organisational structures, process maps, KPI systems, delegation frameworks, governance design. The practical work of making companies function as systems rather than depending on one person. Backed by a Certified Management Consultant credential (CMC, ICMCI) and hands-on experience across industries, from scaling startups to restructuring established SMEs. Documents don't change companies. People do. That's why we co-create, implement, and follow up.

Business Growth — The Engine

10 years. 600+ clients. 50+ countries.

BizzBee Solutions, our B2B outreach agency, spent a decade building growth systems for companies worldwide. Published methodology (Sweet Leads, Rethink Press). Thousands of real campaigns. But clients kept arriving needing strategy before execution: unclear targets, wrong positioning, product-market fit gaps. Business Growth connects diagnostic-led strategy with battle-tested outreach. Strategy plus proof, not just a plan.

Business AI — The Future

Grounded in doctoral research. Built for SMEs.

A Doctor of Business Administration researching how SMEs adopt AI. The finding: enterprise AI frameworks fail in SMEs because they assume resources SMEs don't have. So we built AIMS (AI Implementation Maturity Scale) from scratch. Four steps: Map, Automate, AI-ify, Humanize. Three tracks: efficiency, better offering, new business models. Academically grounded. Practically tested.

What stays the same across every engagement.

01

Problem-led, not checklist-driven.

We don't examine departments and hope something useful emerges. We start with the problems keeping you up at night and trace them across the company. Every finding connects to what matters.

02

Evidence-based, not opinion-based.

Every claim traced to a specific data point. Every recommendation grounded in evidence. When we say something is a problem, we show the number, the source, and the trend.

03

Built for SMEs, not adapted from enterprise.

Our frameworks assume limited budgets, flat structures, founder-led decisions, and zero tolerance for tools that don't work. We didn't simplify corporate frameworks. We built our own.

04

We stay to implement.

Most consultants deliver a report and leave. We co-create with management, implement with the team, and come back to check. Follow-up is included, not invoiced separately.

Who you'll work with.

Dancho Dimkov

Lead Consultant

Dancho Dimkov

Dancho started BizzBee Solutions in 2014 and spent a decade helping B2B companies grow through structured outreach and consulting. Over 600 clients across 50+ countries taught him one thing: most companies don't have a marketing problem. They have a clarity problem. They don't know where they stand, what's actually working, and what to fix first.

In 2023, he began delivering business diagnostics to SMEs through a donor-funded programme and discovered that the diagnostic itself was what companies needed most. Not campaigns. Not tools. Clarity. That insight became BusinessPulse OS.

He is currently completing a Doctor of Business Administration, researching how SMEs can adopt AI and automation. His doctoral research produced the AIMS framework that powers Business AI. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) through ICMCI, the author of Sweet Leads (Rethink Press, UK), and a speaker at conferences including WITCON, Bloomberg Adria, and Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Natasha Razmoska

Associate Consultant

Natasha Razmoska

Natasha brings operational discipline to every engagement. She leads data collection, manages documentation, drives the quality review that ensures every finding is verified, and runs the follow-up sessions that make sure implementations stick.

In Build engagements, she checks whether the new processes are actually being used three weeks after the workshop. In Pulse, she's the quality gate between raw findings and the final report. Every engagement is delivered by both consultants: Dancho leads strategy and analysis, Natasha ensures rigour and follow-through.
