What I do

I run BusinessPulse OS — a problem-led operating system for SME founders. Unlike fixed frameworks (EOS, Scaling Up), every engagement begins with a 30–90 day diagnostic that maps your business across four modules: Pulse (diagnose), Build (structure), Growth (scale), and AI (accelerate). Then we build only what your business actually needs.

Background

I founded BizzBee Solutions in 2015 as a B2B consultancy. Today BizzBee partners with consultants, software providers, agencies, and high-ticket service providers to build customised B2B lead-generation and sales processes. BusinessPulse OS is the next step — productising the methodology behind 600+ campaigns and dozens of consulting engagements into a single operating system for SMEs.
